At FrameGroove, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations or preferences. Therefore, we offer a straightforward refund policy for our valued customers purchasing framed vinyls. For a hassle-free experience, framed vinyls are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. It is important to note that in order to qualify for a refund, the tampering stickers on the back of the frame must not have been removed. This policy ensures that you can fully examine the product while maintaining its integrity. We strive to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction and appreciate your understanding in adhering to this requirement.

Refund Policy for Framed Posters

We regret to inform you that we are currently unable to offer refunds on our framed posters. These posters are printed to order by an external company, classing them personalized products. As a result, once an order for a framed poster is placed, it cannot be returned or refunded unless it arrives damaged. in the event that you receive a damaged product please contact harry@framegroove.com to arrange a full refund. However, we would like to assure you that we are continuously evaluating ways to enhance our services. Our ultimate goal is to increase sales and subsequently invest in additional storage space to keep stock readily available.
